How to Style Silk Sweaters

I wish I was a blouse wearing girl but when I look in my wardrobe, it is just an array of sweaters in different colours, patterns and fabrics. I always put comfort first and this season I am so happy that the fashion gods have answered my prayers.  The silk sweater has been born. It's comfortable, loose fitting, colourful and on trend; everything I could ask for in a garment.

This season Donna Ida has introduced a brand called Textile Rebels who have created some great sweaters in different colours and patterns with silk panels on the front.  They’re soft and sleek and will add a luxe feel to your otherwise casual outfit.

Every season Emma Cook just gets better and better.  This AW13 they have also created a number of colourful silk sweaters.  They’re bright and colourful so will add a touch of fun to your otherwise dark winter wardrobe.  Team them with pair of boyfriend style jeans from IDA or Current/Elliott and a leather jacket from Muubaa or Pyrus coat.
