If something is not quite right please contact our stylists 24/7 for advice on size and fit and we will help you find the perfect piece. Our returns period is 14 days on all full priced & sale items only (excludes Final Sale, Clearance & Sample Sale).

All UK full price are eligible for free returns or exchange with DHL.

All UK sale orders are eligible for returns or exchange with DHL (see shipping cost below).

All full price international orders are eligible for return only (see shipping cost below).

The below shipping cost will be deducted from your refund total for all sale and international orders. For multiple order returns please ensure these are returned to us in one shipment as the charges listed below are per package.

UK sale items return: £9
Europe, Isle of Man and Channel Islands: £15
Rest Of The World: £25

Please ensure you return your unworn goods, as sold, with all the original packaging, tags and labels within 14 days of receipt. Items returned stained will incur a £25 cleaning fee.

All Sample Sale and Clearance items are final sale, sold as seen, no refunds or exchanges. For information about sizing please contact our stylists before purchasing.

UK RETURNS & EXCHANGES

For customers returning orders from the UK, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase.

Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 14 days of purchase as per our Returns Policy. Returns outside these timeframes will be treated case by case and may be returned back to the customer or may only be refunded as Online Credit.


For sale items, a charge of £9 will be deducted from your refund total.

What to do when returning or exchanging

We've taken our returns online!

1. Visit our UK returns and exchange portal, HERE or using the QR code below, and enter your order number (you can find this on your order confirmation email.)



2. Select the item(s) that you would like to return or exchange.

3. Select your method of return via DHL Express. 

4. You will be emailed a returns label to print. 

5. Pack up your items using the original packaging. Ensure the package is sealed securely.

If you choose to exchange for store credit, you will be emailed a virtual Donna Ida gift card that retains value. This means that you can use it as many times as you like until the balance reaches 0.


If you are returning a gift and don’t want the gifter to be notified you can select 'Start a Gift Return' and follow the steps above to exchange your gift. You'll be able to exchange your gift in a way that means the gifter won't be notified. (phew!)

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For customers returning orders from outside of the UK, we offer returns within 14 days of purchase.

Purchases from the 1st of December can be returned till 14th of Jan.

Please note shipping costs will be deducted from your refund value. Please check below for return rates:

What to do when returning 

1. Visit our International returns portal, HERE, or using the QR code below and enter your order number (you can find this on your order confirmation email.)


2. Select the item(s) you wish to return.

3. Print the selected returns paperwork and drop it off at your local delivery depot.

***Once received your refund will be processed within 7 days. Please note all returns are quarantined for 72 hours.***
