UK ORDERS

DONNA IDA offers a Standard and Next Day shipping service on all purchases to addresses in the UK. We aim to deliver all orders within 3 working days. Please allow 5 working days for Promotion, Sale and Sample Sale orders to be dispatched.

As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll pop a shipping confirmation email into your inbox complete with tracking details, so you can follow your parcel’s journey. Please note, we don’t require a signature upon delivery. While we always do our best to ensure everything arrives safe and sound, we can’t take responsibility for any parcels that are lost or stolen once delivered.

DONNA IDA will share your details with our courier service in order to process your delivery. This will allow them to provide you with delivery updates via email and phone.

Please note some remote areas may incur extra delivery charges.

For any order cancelled after it has been packed and prepared for dispatch but is yet to be collected, a £10 restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund.

Holiday/Peak Season Notice: We are working hard to ship all orders as quickly as possible! However, due to the incredibly busy period and potential strain on our delivery partners & customs, please allow an additional 1-3 business days beyond our standard estimated delivery times. We thank you for your understanding.

Important Holiday Dispatch Dates

Our warehouse will continue operating over the holiday period, closing only on weekends and national holidays. Delivery timings may differ slightly over Christmas and New Year. Here’s what to expect when placing orders during this time.

Christmas Eve
Orders placed on 24 December will be dispatched on 29 December 2025.

Christmas Day to 28 December inclusive
The warehouse will be closed.

29 December
Packing and courier collections resume for orders placed 24–28 December.

29 and 30 December Orders
For UK orders, to receive before New Years Eve select NEXT DAY DELIVERY. Standard timelines apply for all UK standard shipping and international parcels.

New Year’s Eve
Orders placed on 31 December will be shipped on 2 January.

DUTIES, TAXES AND TARIFS

Our shipments are sent DDP, meaning duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so there are no surprises on delivery. The rates are set by the receiving country, and while we can’t influence them, we make sure everything is taken care of upfront for a seamless experience.
