DONNA IDA offers a Standard and Next Day shipping service on all purchases to addresses in the UK. We aim to deliver all orders within 3 working days.
Standard shipping £4.95

Please note delivery may take up to 5 days on sale items.
Express shipping £6.95
Express shipping applies to all orders placed before 12pm weekdays (excludes weekends & Bank Holidays). If you order before 12pm on a Friday, you'll receive your order the following Monday.
DONNA IDA will share your details with our courier service in order to process your delivery. This will allow them to provide you with delivery updates via SMS.
Outside the UK
We offer a standard shipping service for countries in the EU or the rest of the world.
1-3 days delivery, it may take up to 3 weeks for some countries

Please note we are not liable for any customs and duties charges that may apply to your shipment on entry to country. Please also be aware that we are also not liable for any customs and duty charges on an exchange item. We ask that you contact your Customs and Duties office directly if you have any questions.
If you’d like to return your item, we offer Free UK Returns on all full-price purchases, simply follow the instructions below for a stress-free refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase.
Please follow these steps to return/exchange your order within 14 days of receipt:
1. Complete order date, name and number details on returns slip provided in your parcel. Next to your items please tick refund or exchange and select one of the return reason codes.
Please note: we are only able to exchange an item for the same item in a different size/colour.
2. If you received an incorrect item, please tick exchange if still required.
3. Cut out and attach the pre-printed label on the front of the parcel.
For UK customers
You can return your order FREE via your local post office.

4. Enclose the remainder of this form within your parcel. Please remember to get a proof of postage receipt.
5. You can expect to receive a refund within 14 days of sending your return back to us. Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email.
