If you're following Petronella's The Human Being Diet, this would be classed as a Mild Cheat (because of the tomato chutney).
This is what I call my no ‘pizza’ pizza. It has all the fresh ingredients but is minus the stodgy dough.
Here’s how I do it.
Chop the end off the chicory and arrange leaves in a fan
Add a handful of Basil on the top of the chicory
Add slices of goats cheese
