Here’s how I do it.

Ingredients:
Basil
Tomato chutney
Goats cheese
Chicory
Olive oil
Method:
Basil

Chicory

Method:
Chop the end off the chicory and arrange leaves in a fan
Add a handful of Basil on the top of the chicory
Add slices of goats cheese
Serving:
Serve with my Speedy Tomato Chutney and a drizzle of olive oil
