The Miryam is designed for an oversized fit, so take your usual size for the oversized look. Equally go up or down depending on how you like to wear your shirts but I would err on the side of true for the Miryam. I love the tie loosely tied in a Windsor knot, or I use it as a belt with jeans. Chic!
