How did you get started?
I always knew I wanted to work in fashion or somehow be involved in fashion. It was just a matter of time for me to get all the right items and team in place before launching the collections.
What's next?
I want to continue to develop my brands Winter Kate and House of Harlow 1960 into lifestyle brands, but I'm taking it one day at a time.
What is your business mantra?
Be focused and organised! My husband and children keep me grounded and I work very closely with my brilliant team to build the brand. I have to say that scheduling is key.
