If I were Queen for a day I'd start by doning Queen Victoria's small diamond crown, it's petite but will convey to the realm that I mean business! Once that's taken care of, I'd declare a national Afternoon Tea day (Champagne not optional), I'd make regular manis and pedis compulsory, and finally I'd help the whole aid business by adding a £1 tax to each fashion and beauty purchase in the land...
