It's birthday time - I seem to be celebrating birthdays constantly in May and Bobby Dazzler's is not only one of many but the most important. He's a restauranteur (and a trained chef!) so we went to La Manoir aux Quat'Saisons for lunch. The food was of course amazing but the highlight of the day was the weather. 22 degrees, perfect blue skies, not a breath of wind - I couldn't have ordered it better. Spring has finally sprung!!
Bobby Dazzler used to have one of the far left ones. I named it Fredrick before I strongly encouraged him to sell it. This one smelled just like Fredrick and I could smell it from the doorway.
The man of the hour - my Bobby Dazzler .
Aperitif on the lawn!
The lightest salmon in the world.
A good enough place to start!
The prettiest risotto in the world - I didn't photograph the next course. It was chicken :(
