Video Transcript; “Here we have the flare. The flare is one of my personal favorites; it really elongates the leg and slims down the thigh. If you are curvy or pear shaped, you should think about a high-rise flare. If you are an apple or a boyish figure, you can think about a low-rise flare. Important thing to think about though when hemming them is length. You want them to be as long as possible and they should be just skimming the ground.”
