This nice, super healthy lunch which is very fast to make.
Ingredients:
Rocket
Handful of walnuts
Mushrooms
Rocket
Handful of walnuts
Mushrooms
Cinnamon
Salt
Method:
Add rocket to serving plate
Toast the walnuts in a small frying pan with a sprinkle of cinnamon and pinch of salt
Finely slice the mushrooms
Add the toasted walnuts and mushrooms to the rocket
Serving:
Drizzle with olive oil and a sprinkle of salt to finish
