I met up with my lovely friend Katherine Hess this week at one of our favourite local Notting Hill restaurants for a girly catch up before she gives birth next week to her third son. As we left for the school run I couldn't resist taking this photo of her as she looked so wonderful, blooming in her English Rose way and hitting a high note on the style ladder. You really can't do maternity much better than this. Rocking her black skinny J Brand jeans that she had customised into maternity jeans at Donna Ida, teamed with a modern flat pointy shoe, leopard print tee, and Chanel bag. So fab, I love this look!!!!
How I struggled eight years ago when I was pregnant to wear jeans that made me look and feel cool, hip and sexy. This is a photo of me at my baby shower, I was wearing such unflattering jeans. High demand has changed everything and now there are so many options and styles to play with and get inspired by, from cropped, roll ups, cargos, you can literally choose your style. There is no excuse to park the denim addiction for nine months. Pregnant and looking fab, Hurrah!
