PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The promoters
This prize draw is jointly promoted by House of DONNA IDA Ltd, trading as DONNA IDA, of 1 Kings Avenue, London, United Kingdom, N21 3NA and BELLA HOSKYNS of West Unthank, Haltwhistle, Northumberland NE49 0HX.

2. Who can enter
The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.
Employees of either promoter, their immediate families, and anyone professionally involved in administering the prize draw are not eligible to enter.
3. Opening and closing dates
The prize draw opens at 9am BST on Saturday 17th October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm BST on Monday 26 October 2026.
Entries submitted or email addresses confirmed after the closing time will not be eligible.
4. How to enter
Complete the entry form at https://manage.kmail-lists.com/subscriptions/subscribe?a=WMaRWL&g=ThN7SR with a valid email address and any other required information. Then click the link in the confirmation email before the closing time to complete your entry.
Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. Internet access and a valid email address are required.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Using multiple email addresses does not entitle you to additional entries. Automated entries, entries made on behalf of another person and entries using false information are not permitted.
Existing subscribers to either brand may enter by completing the same entry process.
By entering, you agree to these terms and conditions.
5. The prize
One winner will receive both of the following:
• One pair of exclusive DONNA IDA Katherine jeans in Mole Hunter, a rich, earthy brown corduroy.
• One BELLA HOSKYNS ‘Bella’ gilet in Houndstooth tweed, with a chocolate velvet collar and spot lining.
The winner may choose their preferred size from the sizes available for each prize item. If their preferred size is unavailable, they must select an alternative available size.
The prize includes free delivery to the winner’s address within the United Kingdom. Any other clothing or accessories shown in promotional images are not included.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If a prize item becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the promoters’ reasonable control, the promoters will provide a reasonable alternative of equal or greater value.
6. Selecting and contacting the winner
One winner will be selected from all valid entries on Tuesday 27th October 2026, using a computer process that produces verifiably random results.
The winner will be contacted by email from hello@donnaida.com by Tuesday 27th October 2026.
The winner must respond within 14 days of the notification email and provide their preferred available sizes, UK delivery address and any reasonable information needed to confirm eligibility.
If the winner does not respond within that period, declines the prize or is found to be ineligible, another winner will be selected at random from the remaining valid entries.
No payment will be requested to claim or receive the prize.
7. Prize delivery
Both prize items will be delivered within 30 days of the winner accepting the prize and providing the required details. The items may arrive separately.
8. Email marketing
Entering the prize draw does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.
The entry form provides separate optional choices to receive email marketing from DONNA IDA and BELLA HOSKYNS.
If you opt in to BELLA HOSKYNS marketing, your name, if supplied, and email address will be passed to BELLA HOSKYNS for that purpose.
You may choose either brand, both brands or neither. Your choices do not affect your entry or chances of winning.
You may unsubscribe from either brand at any time using the unsubscribe link in its emails. Unsubscribing will not invalidate your entry.
9. Personal information
DONNA IDA will use entry information to administer the prize draw, verify eligibility and contact the winner. The winner’s necessary information will be shared with BELLA HOSKYNS and delivery providers to fulfil the prize.
Each brand is responsible for personal information it uses for its own marketing. Information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and the brands’ privacy notices:

Entry records will be retained for [retention period] after the prize draw has been completed, unless a longer period is legally required. Marketing information will be retained as described in the relevant brand’s privacy notice.
10. Winner information and publicity
To demonstrate that the prize has been awarded, the winner’s surname and county will be available on request by emailing hello@donnaida.com within three months of the closing date.
The winner may object to this information being made available, or request that less information is disclosed, by contacting the same email address. The promoters may still need to provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested.
Any photographs, testimonials or other promotional participation will be optional and agreed separately with the winner.
11. Fair administration
The promoters may reject entries that breach these terms or involve fraud, manipulation or misuse of the entry process.
Any necessary changes arising from circumstances beyond the promoters’ reasonable control will be communicated promptly and handled fairly. The closing date will only be changed where unavoidable circumstances make this necessary and changing it would not disadvantage existing entrants, or retaining it would be unfair to those seeking to enter within the original terms.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or affects your statutory rights.
12. Social media
This prize draw is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Facebook.
To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Instagram and Facebook from liability arising from this prize draw. Entry information is provided to the promoters, rather than to Instagram or Facebook.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Entrants living in Scotland or Northern Ireland retain any mandatory protections under the laws of their place of residence and may bring proceedings in their local courts.
