If I were Queen for the day I’d strongly encourage dressing up to the nines during the daytime and all UK travel would be free for people to throw the most stylish and glamorous of parties with their friends and family – and then they’d have to send all the pictures to VOGUE.COM so that we could publish them and always remember what a happy day it was. Am I allowed to control the weather too as Queen? If so then sun all day please, but not too boiling.
