DONNA IDA: What are your wardrobe essentials and how do you wear your jeans?
Albertine: Wardrobe essentials are the basics, good vests & bodysuits, good underwear, amazing coats and good fitting jeans. If you have these things you won’t struggle getting dressed. My favourite underwear are Hanky Panky, Sloggi and Hanro. You need to feel good from the first layer.

Albertine: Favourite jeans - the new upcoming Angie Jumpsuit in black cord I fell in love with.

DONNA IDA: Why do you think jeans are such an iconic item?
Albertine: Jeans are just staples - they take you from day to night and can you imagine a world without jeans? We’d either be in leggings or suit trousers, they are the perfect in between to dress up or down.

DONNA IDA: Who is your denim icon?
Albertine: My denim icon - probably has to be Hailey Beiber - she is always in a pair of vintage blue jeans whether it’s day or night and always looks so effortless and gorgeous.

DONNA IDA: Who are your favourite influencers to follow on Instagram for inspiration?
Albertine: I prefer to follow people who are different, I see so many “beige” Instagram accounts and to me that’s not what fashion is, fashion is bold and individual. I have always loved Sarah Jessica Parker in SATC, she always dresses for herself and what her mood is saying. I love the combination of vintage and new pieces. My favourite influencers are @handinfire - probably my biggest INSPO, I also love @hoskelsa.
