This Saturday at the Donna Ida Christmas party we are expecting the Donna Ida girls to unveil their pins for the first time this year. Some of us won’t dare to bare them then either. I am usually very good at predicting what each of the Donna Ida girls will be wearing, so here are my predictions for 2011 starting with the Head Office girls…
Operations Manager Peta loves comfort, during the day you will see her in J Brand Agnes or James Jeans Twiggy but for a night out she will definitely be sporting a LBD with a low heel which she will remove the moment we hit the dance floor. Online Content Editor Amelia is hard to separate from her Paige Verdugo leggings during the week but for the Christmas party she will almost certainly be in a jumpsuit and shoe boots. She has a great style and is very quirky so this is perfect for her. Natalie our Merchandiser will be in something metallic or embellished, I can tell she is a firm believer in a party frock. Claire Etchell loves her J Brand 801’s in Snow Leopard but she is also a lover of a dress so no doubt will be sporting something short with bright red lips.
The Chelsea girls have a different style to the Head Office girls. Lovisa always stands out at our Donna Ida parties with her gorgeous blonde hair and long legs. I’m pretty confident that she will be wearing a bandage dress with a low heel and one of her fabulous Chanel bags. Alex the Chelsea Manager will be in jeans as she looks incredible in them all. I’m putting money on a pair of J Brand’s from their holiday collection. Claire our Area Manager is a tricky one; she loves to wear a short dress but equally loves her J Brand leathers at the moment. I’m going to predict a short, dark, metallic dress with platforms or wedges.
I’m excited to see Jacki our Westfield Manager as I think she will be the biggest transformation. She is a secret hair and eye lash extension wearer so I’m hoping for something uber glamorous and sexy, possibly another jumpsuit. Helena will be in Citizens of Humanity flares as she has legs that would give any model a run for their money and a vintage top and bag to complete the look. Joanne will be in a pair of Paige skinny jeans, a top that will show a hint of her washboard stomach and a handbag from her own collection.
We rarely get to see the girls from Guildford so when we do it’s always exciting. Tash the Assistant Manager will have found a show stopping party dress with plenty of razzle dazzle. Cecilia, the Manager, will be in either her new Paige Verdugo leggings in leopard or her gorgeous leather pants and a Stella McCartney scarf.
