London Fashion Week is a hotly anticipated occasion as the city buzzes with the arrival of fresh new looks, hot heels, fabulous gossip and cocktail parties galore. This season, Donna Ida Thornton's AW17 '1973 Collection' celebrates retro styles with Californian vibes and soft, feminine styling. Donna celebrated the launch of the new collection at The Ivy Soho Brasserie which opened recently on Broadwick Street in easy reach of London Fashion Week and moments away from the main shopping areas on Oxford Street.
Celebrating with a Champagne breakfast with strong coffee, mini pastries and the fash-pack favourite avocado on toast, Donna welcomed stylish friends Lisa Snowdon, Angela Radcliffe and Caroline Sciamma and influencer LornaLuxe to see the new range.
Donna, inspired by long time icon Dolly Parton wears DONNA IDA Crazy for the Colonel Blouse in Table Top Blues with Boy Dazzler Jeans. Blogger and Instagram star LornaLuxe wears IDA Dolly The Zip Flight Suit in I Feel Love.
The Ivy Soho Brasserie is the latest in a long and fabulous line of restaurants for the Ivy Collection and has been decorated with beautiful artworks inspired by Soho's music scene and Parisian style seating.
