DONNA IDA Nightwear Launch

Jean Queen Donna Ida Thornton is expanding her denim based brand, DONNA IDA, by introducing a luxury nightwear collection for AW17. Launching in October this year, the six piece collection will join the new ‘I’ve Got My Eye On You’ candle for AW17 which will kickstart the new lifestyle collection

The new nightwear collection of silk pieces will feature  DONNA IDA’s signature striking Star Crossed white and black print which will run through the entire collection. The Lounge Lizard Pyjamas in beautiful printed silk have decadent   red piping for a rich and seductive look. The pyjamas have been designed to be a matching set of nightwear but can also be worn separately by adding a cashmere jumper to the trousers for a chic loungewear look or styling the silk top as a jacket and finishing off with skinny jeans and camisole. For the ultimate glamorous look, switch your black dress at a cocktail party for the Lounge Lizard Pyjamas to make a stylish suit. 

The pyjamas are joined by the Smoothly Does It Pillow Case  in silk which is renowned for preventing wrinkles, the You Can’t See Me Eye Mask which has ‘Star Sleeper’ embroidered on it and a Dream Catcher, a silk pouch to keep your deepest desires.

To complement the silk collection, Donna Ida Thornton has designed two special cashmere pieces. Cable Me The Aron Cashmere Jumper is a beautiful chunky knit to keep you warm and is shaped to drop lower at the back for a flattering fit. Fireside Fashionista The Bell Sleeve Cashmere is the perfect cosy Winter piece with a loose shape and exaggerated sleeves making it an iconic style to team with skinny jeans.

 October will also see the launch of DONNA IDA’s first candle which will capture the essence of winter with a seductive, feminine fragrance that would be perfect for a decadent boudoir. The luxurious candle will encapsulate the brand with monochrome packaging featuring a black vessel and a white box with ‘I’ve Got My Eye On You’ £45 written in DONNA IDA’s signature handwriting.
