Last week we celebrated A Decade of Denim in spectacular style with a party at The Hari in Belgravia with refreshing cocktails from Bloom Gin. 11th October 2016 marked ten jeans-filled years since Donna opened the doors to her first denim boutique in the heart of fashionable Chelsea. The Hari was the perfect location on Chesham Place, as it is placed between her boutiques on Draycott Avenue and Elizabeth Street in Belgravia. The event space has long been a DONNA IDA favourite for their plush, arty interiors and has served as a backdrop for photo shoots with Ella Gregory of Coco's Tea Party and influencer Natalia Barbieri. Donna welcomed honoured guests from her ten years in business including model and presenter Lisa Snowdon, weather presenter Lucy Verasamy, Glamour editor Jo Elvin and Rebecca Jackson aka sports presenter Rebecca Racer.
Guests were treated to Donna's favourite cocktails by Bloom Gin, famous for their botanical flavours of honeysuckle, chamomile and pomelo and mixed together with passionfruit fresh basil and St Germain Liquer for a heavenly drink. Donna's step-son Callum Walton was our DJ for the evening playing her favourite songs to celebrate the birthday. Donna is pictured wearing her new IDA Eliza Dungarees in Coated Plum Jam which celebrated A Decade of Denim and encapsulated ten years of trends.
We were also joined by members of our previous Style Insider features Yasmin Mills, LornaLuxe, Francesca The Method, Kate Percival of Grace Belgravia and Mariella Tandy plus influencers including Ella Catliff of La Petit Anglaise, Maja Malnar, Tess Montgomery, Rebecca Botin, Kelly Harrington, Boo Attwood, Rachel Fanconi, Neil Cunningham, Jaeger's Liza Webb, Sam Remer from I Love Jeans, Chrissie Brown, Petronella Ravenshear and Riccardo Mariti, Jaime Jan aka Jaime London Boy, Stefan Maurel of StylePilot, make-up artist Tamara Ramsey Crockett, Adriana Krawcewic.
