Behind the Seams - Speedway's Jonathan Judah

The eagerly awaited return of ultimate leisurewear clothing has arrived as Speedway is officially back! This British heritage leisurewear brand has relaunched it's iconic collection of sweats for women and men, charmingly produced in the exact same factory that was used for the brand's first line in the 80s. The brand, made exclusively in England, uses techniques which go back 100 years to produce the very best of  British excellence.

Speedway originally took the UK by storm after it's launch in London in 1986. The celebrity following of Kylie Minogue and Take That ensued a frenzy of young women and men clambering over the newest lines. We can all remember spinning around our living room to 'Better The Devil You Know' in our Speedway bottoms and off the shoulder jumpers can't we? No, just us?

The brand soon became synonymous with high comfort, quality and trend and these famed attributes are still the centre of the brand's status all these years on. For the new line, contemporary cuts, styles and colours redesign the original hero pieces and propel Speedway into 2014 while loyally retaining its signature high-end leisurewear look. At least us looking chic in our Speedway sweats gives us one reason to work out ... or lounge around, yes lounge around ...Speedway is our go-to perfect lounge wear! We got our hands on Speedway's Sales Director & Partner, Jonathan Judah, to find out his fashion views, favourite things and a sneak peak into the background of the brand itself.
