Grazia 118: Donna Ida answers your style questions
Check out the latest video installment from our denim expert Donna as she styles Grazia’s Fashion Assistant Lily Russo and Beauty Editor Lauren Murdoch Smith in some keys pieces from Nobody Denim and Current/Elliott.
In Part 1 Donna dresses Lily in Nobody Denim’s High-Waisted Cult Straight leg – a sleek sophisticated shape this high-rise skims over the hips and gives a very long lean look. In very dark indigo it is super flattering. She puts Lauren in the ultra popular Current/Elliott 1957 Boyfriend jeans, a super-soft boyfriend jean in a brushed fine cotton. Perfect for summer styling in this light shade of blue.
In Part 2 Donna dress Lily in the Nobody Denim Boy Slider - very on-trend is the new carrot shape these jeans are worn low-slung, boyfriend style around the waist and thighs then tightening to a skinny leg on the calf and ankle. Lauren is wearing the Current/Elliott 1968 Skinny Leg - soft and supple this skinny skims the curves offering a slim line to the leg. The pockets are slightly generous in size which will gently shrink the toosh.
Finally, in Part 3 Donna styles Lily in the Nobody Denim Cult Skinny Leg - a sleek silhouette this high-rise skinny leg skims the hips and elongates the legs. Shakira (and those hips) in Citizens’ skinny
Popstar Shakira snapped while posing for photographers on the pitch of the World Cup wearing Citizens for Humanity Jeans.
Famous for her honest hips, she chose well to slip them in to a pair of Citizens of Humanity jeans. The skinny fit looks gorgeous on her frame and compliments her curves perfectly. Pairing them beautifully with the off the shoulder T and stiletto boots, she oozes cool. But we wouldnt expect anything less from the edgy singer, known for her rock chick style.
