DONNA IDA offers a Standard and Next Day shipping service on all purchases to addresses in the UK. We aim to deliver all orders within 3 working days. Please allow 7 working days for Promotion, Sale and Sample Sale orders to be dispatched.
As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll pop a shipping confirmation email into your inbox complete with tracking details, so you can follow your parcel’s journey. Please note, we don’t require a signature upon delivery. While we always do our best to ensure everything arrives safe and sound, we can’t take responsibility for any parcels that are lost or stolen once delivered.

DUTIES, TAXES AND TARIFS
Our shipments are sent DDP, meaning duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so there are no surprises on delivery. The rates are set by the receiving country, and while we can’t influence them, we make sure everything is taken care of upfront for a seamless experience.
