I prefer dealing with someone, rather than the internet so rang the number given for more information. I spoke to Kim, who was extremely helpeful. Buying jeans at a distance, rather than trying on lots in a shop (I live in Northumberland), is never easy, but she was able to give added information on jeans I'd looked at on the site, and recommended choosing two sizes for one style, to get the right fit. The jeans and t-shirts arrived the following day. So delivery was great. And advice at the Donna Ida end was given in a professional and friendly way. May I also add it's also good that you have royal mail, rather than courrier, as a choice. My postman will leave royal mail packages at the local shop (which used to be the post office), if I'm not in. If it's a courrier and I miss them, it's a total nightmare sorting it out. So all in all a great experience. I spent around £800, and envisage becoming a regular customer. Please open a branch in the North very soon! And I'm particularly pleased with my Hudson Tilda jeans. Well done Donna Ida... Oh, also meant to say that the photographs and styling on the home page are also a good idea, in terms of ideas for styling, and seeing what's new.
