- DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT TO VISIT THE DONNA IDA BOUTIQUES?

No, you do not need to make an appointment to visit one of the Donna Ida boutiques, you can pop in and see us whenever you like. Our team of denim experts will always be on hand to offer the best advice and service.
However, we do offer customers the opportunity to book in for a ‘denim clinic’ where you will receive expert denim advice and be fitted into your perfect pair of jeans. We recommend you book in for a denim clinic when you are unsure what you are looking for or haven’t been jean shopping in quite a long time and need some time selecting which style is best for you and your body shape.
- DO YOU HAVE MATERNITY JEANS?

If you are heavy with the Lord's child, or anyone else's for that matter, you may find yourself in need of a little extra give in your jeans. Sadly, we have not found a label that makes pregnancy jeans that we love enough to stock in the emporium. So instead, we hired an amazing tailor who will transform your new favourite jeans (or old practically knackered ones) to pregnancy jeans that will see you from four months to stirrups! Book a fitting by either calling us at the store, or email us at shop@donnaida.com and your newly tailored just-for-you-pregnant-you jeans will be ready in one week.
- WHICH SIZE SHOULD I CHOOSE?

All products are sold by the waist measurement as directed by the designer. As sizes sometimes vary between designer Donna Ida offers as much sizing guidance as possible to help you make your choice.
We provide the actual dimensions of each product IN A SIZE 28 (UK SIZE 10) for you to compare with your own body measurements. Where an item runs small or large to size, this will be identified within the Editors’ Notes on every product page. Please note the model used in these images is 5’11”.
Jeans are generally made to a 34” leg, which is perfect for a lucky few of us, but the rest will need to have them altered. Don’t worry about this changing the appearance of the jeans 90% of our customers have their jeans altered on purchase. We suggest you use a professional tailor for all your hem alterations. We recommend you ask for an ‘American hem’ especially if there is detailing on the hem, this means the tailor will cut the original hem off and reattach it at the right length.Donna Ida can arrange alterations with our tailor for you if you know what length you would like your jeans. We do recommend that if it is your first online purchase with us that you have your jeans professionally pinned and hemmed so we know you have the correct dimensions for subsequent purchases/alterations. Please note if we do arrange to have your jeans altered they cannot be returned or exchanged. If you would like us to hem or alter your jeans with an online purchase, please email shop@donnaida.com
- HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY JEANS?

Some denim labels use a lot of dye in their product to give it the great finish we all love, but the downside is it may come off on your hands, or worse, your new white sofa or handbag. So when you get home give them a wash or two, inside out, just to get the extra dye out.
But before you do any washing here’s another quick tip: contrary to popular opinion, you should not boil your jeans or dry them at 100 degrees to suck them back into shape if you’re experiencing a little ‘giving’ after a few wears. Denim does give, but if you wash your jeans inside out on a cold wash, no warmer than 30 degrees and then line dry them, they should stay in great shape for many a fabulous wear. If you want to fade your jeans quite rapidly then wash right side out
With repeated wearing and washing the colour of the denim will pleasantly fade. Constant exposure to sunlight may also alter the colour, so sunbathing in your jeans is not recommended.

- Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the BAG, link at the top of the page.
- You can use the BIN Icon to delete items from your shopping bag.
- Click on ‘ Proceed to Checkout‘ to complete your order.
- DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

No, you can shop at Donna Ida without creating an account. However, registering your details will allow you to:
- Track your order and review past purchases
- Build a personal wish list
- Shop without entering your address details
- Manage your address book and email settings

As an authorized online distributor for all of the designers we feature, we unconditionally guarantee that every item we sell is 100% authentic. Please note that we are unable to comment on the authenticity of any items not purchased from Donna Ida.
- HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?

All items are in stock unless ‘Coming Soon’ is displayed, this may mean that the item has not arrived yet or it is sold out and more will be coming soon. If the product you want to buy is out of stock, please email shop@donnaida.com to find out if and when there will be stock available.
Please note that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.
