Donna Ida is always looking for bright, enthusiastic and talented people to join our team. We have two boutiques in the UK where our team of denim specialists are passionate about curating the modern wardrobe for you with our edit of the best designer brands.


This successful boutique requires a self-motivated, ambitious Store Manager who is looking to excel their retail career within a fast-paced retail environment. Donna Ida is a dedicated denim boutique stocking a constantly evolving line-up of the current top denim labels from across the globe.
Main duties:
• To manage the activities of all the staff in the store
• To ensure that the proper service is provided to the customers
• Attending to the complaints of the customers and trying to find solutions
• Recruiting new staff whenever there is requirement
• Driving sales and achieving target
• Managing shrinkage
• Ensure merchandising standards are met

You should be an existing Manager, or Assistant Manager, looking for the next step in your high fashion retail career. You should be experienced in all aspects of excellent customer service, staff training and development, with an instinct for hitting and exceeding targets, whilst maintaining the high standards installed by the brand. You will need to be confident, committed and have a professional attitude. You must have strong leadership, strong communication skills, have a passion for selling, possess strong administration skills and have a genuine love of fashion.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Business Analyst to support our future growth and development.

• Review Profit/Loss and margin weekly and update investors on financial performance. Conduct analysis on the company’s product range, market share, profitability and the impact of external factors on company performance and come up with strategies to improve cost of goods and raise gross margins
• Brand development
• Pricing of own brand
• Competitor analysis Identify improvement opportunities in turnaround planning and scheduling and proposed organisation improvements
• Supplier negotiations
• Seasonal forecasts/retail plans
• Strategise assortments to drive weekly sales
• New Brands
• Ensure there is a well balanced and strategic tiered approach to seasonal buy with core pieces at entry level, mid and top tier price range within each classification
• Lead multiple work streams to identify commercial and operational performance opportunities across the business and joint ventures, applying DMAIC process (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control)
• Write and develop a detailed business plan

We are looking for a enthusiastic, self-motivated photographer to join our small e-commerce team to support the needs of the e-com business and marketing. We are looking for someone with fantastic attention to detail, very organised with a can do attitude and hands-on approach, someone who stays calm under pressure and is able to hit very tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities:
- Managing product shoot process from start to finish
- Setting up studio lighting for a range of product shots
- Styling and steaming the products
- Shooting product cut-outs on a mannequin and e-commerce model
- Colour matching, clear cutting and retouching the products to the highest standards and to re-present the product best and true to life
- Naming, filing and resizing the images accordingly for web and press
- Supporting content management by uploading the products to the CMS system
- Managing own workflow to make sure the shoot process is as efficient as possible
- Directing an e-commerce model
- Shooting, retouching and resizing product stills for instagram and social media
- Shooting and retouching ad-hoc content pieces for the blog and the website to meet marketing objectives
- Ensuring visual consistency of style across all images
- Ensuring visual consistency according to brand guidelines
- Shooting, retouching and resizing street style images during the London Fashion Week

Skills and Experience required:
- Proven knowledge of studio and natural lighting
- High technical proficiency in Photoshop, CaptureOne, Excel and using Mac OS X operation system
- Experience in a studio environment
- CMS system experience, ie Magento, Wordpress, etc
- Experience in e-commerce product photography for luxury market is preferred
- Highly organised and professional
- Excellent team-payer and multi-tasker to be able to support a small team.
