A Glamorous Breakfast

I met Jo Elvin, Editor at Glamour magazine a few months ago and fell instantly in love with her - she's a fellow Aussie!  We howled over all the things you would have to be Australian to fully appreciate.  Suburbs called Rooty Hill for a start. After bonding over a shared love of Nobody Jeans and Tucker Blouses, we decided it was time to introduce the Glamour team to the Donna Ida girls over breakfast.

We went to Baker & Spice for a fantastic (and man sized portions) breakfast and to catch up on all the gossip from the Glamour Awards. I love Baker & Spice on Elizabeth Street and the weather was warm and sunny. Here I am with Glamour’s Jo Elvin, Assistant Editor Natasha Poliszczuk and Contributing Fashion Editor Kiki Georgiou and Donna Ida Area Manager Claire MacGregor and PR Manager Claire Etchell.

Then it was down to the Denim Clinic at the Donna Ida boutique on Elizabeth Street in Belgravia. First up Kiki was looking for a cropped style and fell in love with the MiH Jeans Paris in Halley, which looked fabulous with her printed shoes (they got a lot of Twitter interest).

Natasha was looking for a classic style she could wear every day and she’s petite (like me) so I knew she’d love J Brand 811 in Pure…it’s the perfect length for her height.

Finally Jo picked Mother Denim Runaway Crops in Stardust which looked so good with her Tucker Blouse. She also had her eye on a gorgeous pair of classic black jeans, the Hudson Baby Boot in Cheshire.
